Workday Integration Engineer

This is a remote position.

Superlanet is seeking an Workday Integration Engineer (HCM Solutions Developer) to support a healthcare organization’s HR technology environment. This role is primarily focused on Workday integration development, including building, modifying, monitoring, and troubleshooting integrations within Workday Studio. The ideal candidate will also have experience with UKG/Kronos and the ability to provide backup Workday HCM system administration support. This is a contract-to-hire or direct-hire opportunity that will remain predominantly remote. 

Responsibilities

• Design, build, modify, test, and deploy integrations using Workday Studio.
  
• Build and support integrations using EIBs, APIs, Cloud Connectors, XML, and XSLT.
  
• Monitor daily integration activity, troubleshoot errors, and perform root-cause analysis.
  
• Maintain and optimize existing Workday and UKG/Kronos integrations.
  
• Support integrations throughout development, testing, deployment, go-live, and production support.
  
• Partner with HRIS, HR, IT, and vendors to gather requirements and develop integration solutions.
  
• Support future integration development using Workday Orchestrate.
  
• Provide backup Workday HCM system administration and security support as needed.
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of Workday HCM/integration experience.
  
• Strong hands-on Workday Studio development experience required.
  
• Experience with EIBs, APIs/web services, XML, XSLT, and Cloud Connectors.
  
• Experience monitoring and troubleshooting Workday integrations in a production environment.
  
• Experience with UKG/Kronos.
  
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  

Preferred

• Workday Orchestrate experience or exposure.
  
• Workday HCM system administration and security experience.
  
• Workday Pro Certification in Integrations and/or Studio.
  
• Healthcare industry experience.
