About the Role

We are looking for a highly accomplished technology leader to join us as Principal Solutions Architect  The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Manufacturing and Automotive domains along with strong experience in AI/ML, Computer Vision, Edge AI, ADAS, Digital Transformation, and Enterprise Solution Architecture.

This role requires a visionary leader capable of driving large-scale technology initiatives, architecting next-generation AI-powered platforms, engaging with global customers, and leading high-performing engineering teams across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the overall technology roadmap for Manufacturing and Automotive solutions.
  • Architect scalable AI/ML, Computer Vision, and Edge AI platforms for enterprise customers.
  • Lead end-to-end solution design across cloud, embedded systems, and edge computing environments.
  • Drive innovation in ADAS, smart manufacturing, predictive analytics, automation, and industrial AI applications.
  • Engage with customers, leadership teams, and stakeholders to translate business problems into scalable technology solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional engineering teams across AI/ML, Computer Vision, Cloud, Mobile, and Embedded technologies.
  • Build reusable frameworks, accelerators, and platforms to improve engineering efficiency and solution scalability.
  • Mentor architects, engineering managers, and senior technical teams.
  • Support pre-sales, solution consulting, proposal creation, customer presentations, and technology strategy discussions.
  • Collaborate with global customers and partners to deliver high-impact digital transformation programs.
  • Ensure delivery excellence, innovation, and technical governance across projects.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Strong experience in Manufacturing and Automotive domain solutions.
  • Expertise in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, and AI-based product development.
  • Hands-on experience with Edge AI, Embedded Systems, ADAS, and real-time vision pipelines.
  • Strong proficiency in C++, Python, AI/ML frameworks, and optimization techniques.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure/AWS/GCP.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end system architecture, scalability, and enterprise integrations.
  • Experience in leading large engineering teams and managing customer engagements.
  • Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with Automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, or Industrial Manufacturing customers.
  • Exposure to MedTech, FMCG, or Industrial AI transformation programs is an added advantage.
  • Experience in building reusable AI accelerators/frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of ADAS systems, intelligent automation, and smart factory initiatives.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, AI/ML, Embedded Systems, or related field.
