We are seeking an experienced Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud (WMS) Solution Architect with a leading a Big 4 Consultancy.
Role: Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud (WMS) Solution Architect
Location: Remote with some travel
Duration: 3 months contract with possible extension
Pay Range: $150 - $160/hour (for a rockstar candidate)
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud (WMS) Solution Architect to design, implement, and support Oracle WMS solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle WMS Cloud, Oracle Fusion SCM integrations, warehouse operations, testing, and project leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oracle WMS Solution Design
- Design and implement Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud solutions.
- Configure warehouse processes including inventory management, receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, cartonization, quality inspection, inventory visibility, and cycle counting.
ERP & Supply Chain Integration
- Integrate Oracle WMS with:
- Oracle ERP / Fusion
- Oracle Fusion SCM
- Oracle Inventory
- Oracle Procurement
- Oracle Order Management
- Oracle Shipping & Receiving
- Supply Chain Orchestration
- Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
- Conveyor WEC/WCS
Testing & Deployment
Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-to-end process validation, data conversion validation, and post-production stabilization.
Project Leadership
- Provide solution architecture leadership for warehouse transformation projects.
- Own business processes and manage key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues.
- Stay current with industry trends and recommend continuous improvements.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and accountability while maintaining a respectful work environment.
