Real Estate Marketing & Leasing Virtual Assistant

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Marketing & Leasing Virtual Assistant to support a growing rental property operation in New Jersey.

This role goes beyond basic administrative support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Facebook Marketplace rentals, Facebook rental groups, tenant communication, and property marketing. You will help build and manage a professional rental marketing system while supporting leasing activities and tenant follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow rental-focused Facebook accounts and pages
  
• Create rental graphics and marketing materials using Canva
  
• Post and manage listings on Facebook Marketplace
  
• Post listings within rental and community Facebook groups
  
• Respond to rental inquiries and tenant leads
  
• Communicate with prospective tenants in English and Spanish when needed
  
• Schedule property showings and manage calendars
  
• Coordinate self-showings and provide approved lockbox access information
  
• Follow up with prospective tenants regarding applications and showings
  
• Manage leads from Zillow Rental Manager
  
• Organize applications and supporting documents
  
• Prepare applicant summaries for landlord review
  
• Conduct verification calls and follow-up communications
  
• Maintain accurate records and tracking spreadsheets
  

Required Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills
  
• Experience with Facebook Marketplace rental listings
  
• Experience managing Facebook groups or business pages
  
• Understanding of Facebook anti-spam and account restriction policies
  
• Experience generating and managing rental leads
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  
• Proficiency with Canva, Google Workspace, ChatGPT, and spreadsheets
  
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish fluency
  
• Real estate, leasing, or property management experience
  
• Experience with Zillow Rental Manager
  
• Tenant screening experience
  
• Income verification experience
  
• Experience coordinating self-showings and lockbox access
  

Important

Candidates must have direct experience with Facebook Marketplace rentals and rental lead generation. Generic virtual assistant experience alone will not be considered.
