  • Author After-Action Reports and other exercise products following industry-standard exercise documentation practices
  • Translate input from subject matter experts, planners, and emergency managers into clear, accurate, and actionable written materials
  • Prepare executive-level summaries and briefing materials derived from technical source content
  • Maintain document version control, formatting standards, and consistency across a large body of deliverables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to meet documentation timelines and quality standards

  • Experience producing After-Action Reports or similar exercise documentation
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office and other standard document-production tools
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency
  • Ability to work within the continental U.S. for the duration of the engagement

Preferred:

  • Prior experience documenting business continuity, emergency management, cybersecurity, or physical security content
