Role: FinTech Field Marketing Lead

Project Description
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Field Marketing Lead to own the development and execution of regional and account-based marketing programs that drive pipeline growth, customer engagement, and revenue across key markets.
This role will partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations to create impactful experiences that accelerate demand and support go-to-market objectives. The ideal candidate combines field marketing expertise with a strong understanding of the FinTech landscape, including payments, banking, lending, financial infrastructure, fraud, risk, or embedded finance solutions.
The successful candidate will be equally comfortable developing strategy, managing executive events, launching ABM campaigns, measuring ROI, and executing programs from concept through completion.
Duties/Day to Day Overview
Field Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute integrated field marketing plans aligned to revenue targets and strategic market priorities.
- Build regional marketing programs that support demand generation, pipeline acceleration, customer expansion, and brand awareness.
- Create and manage annual field marketing calendars including conferences, trade shows, executive dinners, customer roundtables, webinars, and partner events.
- Design scalable field marketing playbooks that can be replicated across regions and market segments.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Partner with Sales to identify target accounts and develop highly personalized marketing strategies.
- Execute account-based campaigns leveraging events, direct mail, digital engagement, executive briefings, and industry programs.
- Align marketing investments with territory plans and sales objectives.
Event & Experience Marketing
- Lead end-to-end event planning and execution for:
- Industry conferences
- Executive briefings
- Customer advisory boards
- Thought leadership events
- Partner-sponsored programs
- VIP networking experiences
- Manage vendors, budgets, event logistics, sponsorships, content delivery, and post-event reporting.
- Create memorable experiences that generate measurable business impact.
Sales & Partner Alignment
- Serve as the primary field marketing partner for regional sales leaders.
- Collaborate with channel, alliance, and partner teams to execute joint marketing initiatives.
- Support account executives with campaign strategies, event planning, and pipeline acceleration activities.
- Develop sales enablement assets that extend field marketing impact.
Analytics & Performance Measurement
- Track program effectiveness through pipeline contribution, influenced revenue, lead conversion, attendance metrics, and ROI.
- Build executive reporting dashboards and provide recommendations on budget allocation and program optimization.
- Utilize CRM and marketing automation platforms to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Budget Management
- Own field marketing budgets and forecasting.
- Evaluate investments based on revenue impact and strategic alignment.
- Manage sponsorships, agency relationships, and vendor contracts.
Top Requirements
(Must haves)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 4 years focused on field marketing, demand generation, ABM, or event marketing.
- Experience in FinTech, Payments, Financial Services Technology, SaaS, Banking Technology, or related industries.
- Proven ability to build and execute programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Strong partnership with enterprise sales organizations.
- Experience managing six-figure marketing program budgets.
- Expertise in conferences, executive events, and customer engagement programs.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
- B2B Hard Requirement
- Data experience within Google sheets. Able to pull data and analyze to make decisions
Additional Qualifications

- Experience within payments, embedded finance, digital banking, lending, risk, identity, fraud, treasury, or financial infrastructure platforms, SAAS, FinTech
- Familiarity with partner marketing and alliance ecosystems.
- Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and account-based marketing strategies.
- Experience supporting both Mid-Market and Enterprise customer segments.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
