Job description

  • Role: Senior Paid Media Campaign Manager

  • Location: Remote, Central/South America

  • Working hours: CT, USA

  • Type: Contractor, part-time to start with potential to grow

About The Company

Our client is a premier higher education digital marketing and enrollment services agency. They specialize in driving strategic growth and elevating the digital presence of graduate business, law, and Master of Legal Studies (MLS) programs. As search behavior evolves, they are at the forefront of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), helping our academic partners dominate AI-driven search environments and outperform their peers in both visibility and brand sentiment.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Paid Media Campaign Manager to take end-to-end ownership of paid social lead-generation strategy, execution, and technical tracking across multiple U.S. university client accounts.

This is a technical, hands-on media-buying role. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, troubleshooting, and documenting performance campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn, with a strong emphasis on lead generation, attribution, and server-side tracking (Meta CAPI/GTM).

Note: This is strictly a performance marketing and paid media roleβ€”not a content creation or organic social position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Build, launch, manage, and optimize multi-channel performance media campaigns across Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to drive qualified leads for U.S. higher education clients.

  • Lead Gen & Audience Management: Manage campaign budgets, pacing, custom/lookalike audiences, retargeting pools, and native LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms. Conduct continuous creative and copy A/B testing.

  • Technical Tracking & Attribution: Independently set up, validate, and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, custom conversion events, Meta Conversions API (CAPI), GA4, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

  • Quality Assurance & Performance Insights: Conduct thorough pre-launch QA across all ad builds, creative, copy, and tracking setups. Extract actionable performance insights for client-facing reporting.

  • Paid Search Support: Assist our Paid Search Lead with QA, link testing, and conversion tracking validation on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads as needed.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ Years of Hands-On Paid Media Experience: Deep technical proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

  • Proven Lead Generation Track Record: Direct experience managing full-funnel lead gen campaigns with measurable ROI (not just e-commerce, traffic, or boosted posts).

  • Technical Tracking Expertise: Hands-on experience setting up and troubleshooting Meta CAPI, Meta Pixel, GTM, and GA4 event tracking.

  • Multi-Account Management: Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple complex client accounts concurrently.

  • Fluency in English: Outstanding written and spoken English communication skills suitable for direct collaboration with U.S. teams.

  • U.S. Overlap: Available to work during standard U.S. business hours. (CT)

Preferred Qualifications (Strong Plus)

  • Industry Experience: Direct experience running media for Higher Education, B2B enterprise, financial services, healthcare, or other high-consideration/regulated verticals.

  • Agency Background: Prior experience working within global, regional, or large performance marketing agencies.

  • Certifications: Meta Blueprint Certified, LinkedIn Marketing Labs Certified, or Google Analytics/Tag Manager certified.

  • Bonus Platforms: Experience with Reddit Ads, Google Ads, or Microsoft Ads.
