What you'll be doing:

In this role you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operational and administrative delivery of our Client Education programs. In this role, you will:

  • Manage purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking related to client training activities and team operations

  • Monitor and report training-related expenses, including consultant-led training delivery

  • Prepare and maintain relevant reports, metrics, and KPIs

  • Coordinate invoicing activities for client training deliverables

  • Manage software, equipment distribution, and associated costs for the Client Education team

  • Maintain and support team databases, automated tools, and operational systems

  • Coordinate translation projects for training materials, including vendor management and stakeholder communications

  • Submit and track translation requests through vendor platforms

  • Communicate timelines, risks, and project updates to internal stakeholders

  • Support deployment, distribution, and testing of translated content

  • Maintain accurate translation records and project documentation

  • Create purchase orders and process invoices related to translation services

Additional responsibilities:

  • Support onboarding and training of new team members

  • Educate internal and external stakeholders on administrative processes and best practices

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies

  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and improvement projects

  • Create, review, and maintain Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

What we look for:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar administrative, coordination, or operational support role

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team

  • Experience with budget tracking, invoicing, procurement, or vendor management is highly desirable

  • Experience supporting translation projects, training operations, or customer education programs is an advantage

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business systems
