Job description

At Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, we develop regulated technology that helps unlock better evidence and improve patient outcomes worldwide. Our software platforms support clinical trials, diagnostics, and medical decision‑making in highly controlled regulatory environments.

We are expanding our global R&D teams and seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer with deep experience in C#, .NET, and Angular to help build our unified cloud platform powering eCOA solutions. You will work across a modern, service‑oriented architecture—contributing to scalable, secure, high‑performance systems that support global clinical trials and accelerate advancements in healthcare worldwide.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design and develop scalable applications and services using C#/.NET

  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs, optimize SQL Server performance

  • Contribute to front-end features with AngularJS where applicable

  • Implement automated testing and CI/CD workflows for reliable delivery

  • Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps; participate in code reviews

  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root cause resolution

  • Influence architecture and propose pragmatic solutions balancing speed and quality

  • Mentor team members and provide technical leadership across projects

  • Document designs, decisions, and operational runbooks for clarity and continuity

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, delivering enterprise‑grade software

  • Strong professional experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem

  • Hands-on experience developing SPAs with Angular (preferred) or another modern TypeScript framework

  • Solid understanding of object‑oriented design, modular architectures, and scalable backend services

  • Ability to set priorities, communicate effectively, and lead technical outcomes
