Talent & People Lead, Full-Cycle Recruiting (US-Based/Remote)

About the Role

We are hiring a full-time Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring across the entire organization, covering content, sales, operations, coaching/advisory, and additional verticals as the company scales.

This is a foundational hire. There is no existing recruiting function or team in place, so you will be building the process from the ground up while running the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management, working closely with department heads.

Schedule

Full-time, remote. Working hours are aligned to PST business hours.

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments at the same time
• Build the recruiting function from scratch: intake process, scorecards, interview structure, pipeline tracking, and reporting
• Source proactively and build talent pipelines ahead of open roles instead of reacting to reqs
• Screen candidates and run first-round interviews
• Coordinate interviews and keep hiring managers moving
• Manage offer conversations through close
• Partner with department heads to define role requirements and hiring priorities

Requirements

• Proven track record as a high-performing, self-sufficient recruiter who has built and run a full-cycle recruiting function independently, not only operated inside an existing one
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and departments simultaneously, not a single specialty
• Strong sourcing instincts and the ability to build pipelines proactively
• Comfortable working remotely and communicating clearly with a distributed team
• Availability to work PST hours
• Strong written and verbal English

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in a fast-moving or entrepreneurial environment
• Experience hiring for content, sales, or operations roles
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
