Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Coordinator and Sourcer to join our Talent team. In this role, you will partner with the Talent Manager and Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for scheduling interviews, managing logistics, and providing support to candidates and hiring partners. Additionally, you will leverage your sourcing skills to identify and attract top talent through various channels. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our recruitment efforts, improve processes, and play a key role in shaping our organizations talent acquisition strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with the Talent Manager and Hiring Managers to facilitate and streamline the interview & onboarding processes.
  • Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate logistics with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and engaging journey that reflects our commitment to attracting top talent.
  • Utilize your skills, tools, and data to guide candidates through a comprehensive recruitment process.
  • Support Talent Managers with job and offer creation, as well as onboarding partnership and support.
  • Develop scalable processes and resources to enhance efficiency while maintaining a personal touch.
  • Cultivate productive relationships with recruiting teammates and cross-functional partners.
  • Communicate proactively and professionally with all stakeholders.
  • Support efforts to standardize and document the hiring process.
  • Facilitate background and reference checks.
  • Provide innovative and scalable sourcing solutions to drive a robust talent pipeline.
  • Conduct proactive sourcing activities to identify potential candidates across various roles and departments, with a focus on passive candidates.
  • Utilize sourcing methods such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and boolean searches to identify and engage with qualified candidates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Collaborate with the Talent Manager to develop effective sourcing strategies for hard to fill positions.
  • Review and screen resumes to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

  • Requirements
  • 2+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically recruiting coordination and sourcing in a global company, ideally in a USA startup.
  • Familiarity with a variety of tools, including ATS, HRIS, scheduling tools, and LinkedIn sourcing.
  • Demonstrated accountability and a track record of taking ownership and problem-solving.
  • Strong communication and cross-collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving responsibilities.
  • Creative, curious, flexible, meticulous, and thoughtful approach to work.
  • Objective and adept at conflict resolution, seeking productive solutions to partnerships.
  • Enthusiasm for process improvement and refining the experience for partners and candidates.
  • Experience driving innovative process enhancements and supporting change management.
  • Fluency in both English & Russian.
  • Location in the European timezones (GMT 0 to GMT+4).
