Job Overview

This role specializes in talent and organizational development to enhance human capital and support business success. It involves designing and executing talent and succession planning, performance management, leadership development and change management strategies for a division or business unit. The role acts as a trusted advisor and thought partner, addressing medium complexity talent challenges and influencing stakeholders across divisions. Key responsibilities include analyzing workforce needs, leveraging employee engagement data to guide organizational development, and advancing inclusion initiatives. The position demands intermediate expertise in talent development, independent problem-solving, and the ability to deliver measurable impact through projects and programs that strengthen workforce capability and succession planning.


Accountabilities

1. Support Talent Programs The role supports career development and leadership succession planning activities. It partners with HR and business leaders to assess talent readiness. This strengthens leadership pipelines.

2. Manage Training Coordination The role plans and oversees training needs assessments and curriculum development. It works with stakeholders to define capability requirements. This ensures relevant training delivery.

3. Manage Vendor Relationships The role evaluates and manages third-party training providers to ensure quality and value. It monitors vendor performance and contract compliance. This supports effective program delivery.

4. Analyze Talent Data The role analyzes talent and development data to identify trends and insights. It prepares reports supporting workforce decisions. This enables informed planning.

5. Coordinate Program Activities The role coordinates talent development program activities across stakeholders. It ensures timely execution and effective communication. This supports program success.
