Job Overview

Lead change delivery and communications for priority HR and enterprise initiatives. Translate enterprise change standards into execution by developing integrated change and communications strategies aligned to project milestones. Serve as the primary liaison to Corporate Communications, ensuring HR change narratives align with enterprise messaging, brand voice, and channel strategy. Build stakeholder readiness and drive sustained adoption outcomes.


Accountabilities

  • Lead end-to-end change management for priority initiatives, developing integrated change plans aligned to milestones and business readiness
  • Own the change communications calendar and cascade plan; draft leader talking points, employee communications, FAQs, and audience-specific messaging for change moments
  • Serve as primary liaison to Corporate Communications; align HR change narratives with enterprise messaging, brand voice, and approval workflows
  • Craft compelling change narratives and translate complex initiatives into clear, consistent messaging for leaders and employees
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments; facilitate workshops and build change toolkits for HRBPs and project managers
  • Proven change management and communications planning experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to craft executive-level narratives
  • Skilled in stakeholder analysis, readiness assessment, and resistance management
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Collaborative partner who builds trust across HR, Corp Comms, and business stakeholders
  • Proficiency with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)

  • 2+ years leading change delivery and communications for enterprise-scale initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field
