Every day, we partner with school districts across the country to improve teaching and learning, empowering educators with proven instructional frameworks that drive student success.

We're looking for a Demand Generation Manager (HubSpot) who is passionate about creating measurable marketing results and using technology to fuel growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketer who enjoys both developing strategy and executing campaigns while owning the marketing systems that drive lead generation and business growth.

If you're energized by digital marketing, marketing automation, analytics, and continuous optimization—and want your work to make a meaningful impact—we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

You'll lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, increase brand awareness, and support sales pipeline growth. You'll also serve as the organization's HubSpot expert, ensuring our marketing technology and automation support scalable, data-driven marketing operations.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid digital advertising, webinars, events, landing pages, and website content.

  • Build demand generation programs that attract, engage, and convert prospective customers throughout the buyer journey.

  • Coordinate campaign execution across multiple marketing channels to maximize reach and effectiveness.

Marketing Automation & HubSpot Administration

  • Serve as the organization's primary HubSpot administrator.

  • Manage CRM data, segmentation, workflows, lead scoring, forms, landing pages, dashboards, and reporting.

  • Build automated nurture campaigns that improve lead quality and marketing-to-sales conversion.

  • Ensure CRM data integrity and efficient lead lifecycle management.

Digital Advertising

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.

  • Manage campaign budgets and continuously improve performance through testing and optimization.

  • Monitor and improve key metrics, including:

    • Cost per Lead (CPL)

    • Click-Through Rate (CTR)

    • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

    • Conversion Rates

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.

  • Develop dashboards and reports that measure marketing effectiveness and pipeline contribution.

  • Conduct A/B testing on messaging, audiences, creative assets, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales and Executive Leadership to align marketing initiatives with business development priorities.

  • Translate product capabilities into compelling customer-focused messaging.

  • Support go-to-market initiatives and campaign planning across the organization.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience administering HubSpot (or a comparable CRM/marketing automation platform), including workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, reporting, and campaign automation

  • Experience managing and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using campaign metrics and performance data to drive continuous improvement

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex products or services into compelling customer-focused messaging

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing K–12 education products or services to school district leaders and educational decision-makers

  • Advanced HubSpot administration experience, including CRM customization, integrations, reporting dashboards, and marketing automation strategy

  • Expertise in PPC strategy, budget management, bid optimization, and performance measurement (CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates)

  • Experience optimizing marketing funnels, lead lifecycle management, and marketing-to-sales handoff processes

  • Experience supporting product launches, go-to-market initiatives, and value proposition development

  • HubSpot Marketing Hub and/or HubSpot CRM certifications

  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and other digital marketing analytics tools
