Job description

Overview of position

FEDITC is seeking a Chief Strategy Officer to work in a hybrid or on-site capacity at our corporate headquarters in San Antonio, Texas.

  • Hybrid or on-site at FEDITC corporate headquarters, with the ability to travel as required.
  • Approximately 25–40% travel to customer locations, industry conferences, and partner meetings.

 A United States Citizenship and an active Secret (Top Secret preferred) DoD Security Clearance is required to be considered for this position.

Position Summary

The Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) serves as a member of FEDITC's Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for defining, executing, and overseeing the company's long-term strategic vision. The CSO leads enterprise growth strategy, market expansion, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) strategy, strategic partnerships, and innovation initiatives that position FEDITC as a premier provider of Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, Engineering, and Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) to the Federal Government.

Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Business Development, Capture, Operations, Contracts, and Human Resources leadership, the CSO ensures strategic initiatives are aligned with customer priorities, emerging technologies, market trends, and corporate growth objectives.

The CSO develops and maintains the strategic roadmap that enables FEDITC to expand market share across the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Civilian Agencies, and emerging Federal markets.

Essential Responsibilities

Corporate Strategy

  • Develop and execute FEDITC's multi-year corporate strategic plan.
  • Establish annual strategic objectives and measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify emerging Federal priorities, technologies, and mission areas that align with corporate growth.
  • Evaluate new business opportunities and recommend strategic investments.
  • Conduct annual strategic planning sessions with executive leadership.

Growth Strategy

Lead enterprise growth initiatives including:

  • Organic growth

Corporate Performance Management

Develop executive dashboards measuring:
