Team Overview
The Travel & Expense (T&E) and Accounts Payable (AP) team supports TransUnion's financial operations across LATAM by ensuring compliant, efficient, and scalable travel, expense, and vendor management processes. This team partners closely with Finance, Treasury, Human Resources, Procurement, and business leaders to deliver strong governance, operational excellence, and a positive employee experience while supporting the broader Global Shared Services organization

This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
- Support the administration and ongoing management of the LATAM corporate Travel & Expense (T&E) card program, ensuring operational efficiency and policy compliance.
- Maintain card program structures, spending limits, controls, billing configurations, and cardholder data in partnership with the card issuer and internal stakeholders.
- Execute system updates and support integrations between Concur, PeopleSoft, and related financial platforms to ensure accurate expense processing and reconciliation.
- Manage the LATAM Vendor Master process, maintaining accurate supplier records and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate program deployment activities including employee communications, training support, onboarding processes, and corporate card distribution.
- Serve as a key point of contact for employees and business leaders, providing guidance on T&E policies, procedures, and system-related inquiries.
- Validate employee, cardholder, and financial data to support accurate system integrations and reporting across T&E and AP processes.
- Monitor program performance, spending trends, delinquency, and policy adherence, escalating issues and recommending improvements when appropriate.
- Partner with Internal Audit, Compliance, Treasury, and Finance teams to support control frameworks, risk mitigation efforts, and audit activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, documentation enhancements, and standardization initiatives that increase operational effectiveness and user experience.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
- Bachelor's degree or technical degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Travel & Expense operations, corporate card administration, Accounts Payable, Shared Services, Finance Operations, or similar environments.
- Experience supporting SOX controls, audit requirements, and financial compliance processes within a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience supporting cross-functional and global stakeholders.
- Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency required.
Required Technical Skills
- Experience using ERP platforms such as PeopleSoft, Coupa, or similar financial systems.
- Proficiency with SAP Concur or comparable Travel & Expense management platforms.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation activities.
- Experience working with system integrations, data validation processes, and financial data management.
- Ability to create and maintain process documentation, policies, and operational procedures.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working within a Shared Services or Global Finance operating model.
- Knowledge of change management principles and stakeholder engagement practices.
- Experience supporting regional or multi-country financial programs.
- Strong focus on process standardization, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Portuguese language proficiency is preferred.
- Experience working with cross-cultural teams and global business partners.
