The Product Manager serves as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for a defined product or component, owning its lifecycle from strategic vision through execution and launch. This is a critical cross-functional role focused on maximizing product value: defining market and client needs, translating requirements into actionable deliverables for engineering, and ensuring legal and operational readiness. The individual will drive product roadmaps, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, and acts as the central hub connecting client feedback to high-quality, revenue-driving technical solutions.
The assigned product domain includes a collection of internal systems instrumental in delivering product to our clients. It has a diverse set of internal stakeholders, from production teams to client-facing sales and account managers.
In the course of their day-to-day duties, the Product Manager will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Client Success to ensure that products are effectively supported with training, sales support, collateral, positioning, and promotions, and that supported products achieve financial success in Wilandβs markets.
