Job description

As a Human Resources (HR) Senior Associate, you will support Riveron’s U.S.-based HR team by providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR team. This includes maintaining employee records, assisting with documentation creation, and supporting routine HR processes and programs across the employee lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative and project support to the HR team across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, escalating complex issues as needed

  • Ensure employee data in Riveron’s HRIS (Workday) is accurate and current, including processing hires, terminations, job changes, and other updates

  • Prepare and process standard HR documentation, including employment contracts, amendments, verification letters, and more

  • Generate and distribute recurring and ad hoc HR reports, respond to stakeholder data requests, and continuously improve reporting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency

  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve HR processes and overall operational effectiveness

  • Maintain data integrity through regular audits and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

  • Manage priorities across multiple time zones while supporting U.S.-based stakeholders.

Who You Are

  • 3-4 years of experience in HR or a related field (experience in global or professional services environments preferred)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday); reporting and analytics experience is a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
