Job description

Salesforce Developer

Riveron is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about building custom applications and delivering high-quality solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications.

Who You Are:

  • A Salesforce professional with 5–8 years of experience in development and customization.

  • Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

  • Experienced in Salesforce configuration tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules).

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security best practices.

  • Skilled in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

  • Knowledgeable in version control tools (Git) and collaborative development workflows.

  • Familiar with performance optimization, code quality standards, and secure coding practices.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.

  • Implement automation and configuration solutions to meet business requirements.

  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems and manage data migration.

  • Ensure data quality, system performance, and adherence to security standards.

  • Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot platform issues, and optimize solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and stay updated with Salesforce releases.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce deployments.

  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or JavaScript Developer I.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile environments.
