HR Services Representative - Remote

Genesis10 is currently seeking an HR Services Representative - Remote for a contract position with a Major Financial Services Company located in Milwaukee, WI.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour, W2

Position Overview:
The HR Services Representative is responsible for providing customer service consultation, support, and problem resolution on a variety of HR-related topics to the workforce. As the first point of contact for all HR-related matters, this role involves handling requests related to employee benefits, payroll, talent acquisition, and other HR areas via phone, chat, and cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a phone, chat, or case workload in accordance with schedule, standards, and volumes, adhering to deadlines and cycle times
• Resolve 60-80% of inquiries/cases by drawing on training, policy manuals, knowledge base, and critical thinking
• Independently handle all routine casework and process semi-complex cases with guidance
• Interface effectively with customers, managers, and employees at all levels to ensure a positive experience
• Appropriately collaborate with and escalate cases within the HR Services Team or to partners
• Decide on the appropriate course of action or decision-making path and determine the appropriate provider
• Quickly and efficiently adapt to the varying needs of different customers, as well as process and technology-related issues
• Successfully meet team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including Customer Satisfaction, First Contact Resolution, and SLA

Primary Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 1 year of related Human Resources or benefit support experience, including previous customer service experience
• Proficient in written and verbal communication
• Strong customer service skills
• Previous skills in analyzing information, problem-solving, and the ability to apply judgment and discretion
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated computer experience including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and proficiency with current HR software packages
• HR Acumen and Case Management experience
• Proven ability to problem-solve and act independently

• Previous Workday experience is preferred
