Edit our raw content into finished videos

• Edit natively in CapCut and/or Instagram Edits — fast, clean and platform-first.
• Add captions, supers and on-screen text that are accurate, on-brand and easy to read.

• Match trending editing styles and trending audio to the right content and the right moment.
• Deliver in the right aspect ratios – Reels, Tik Tok, Meta Ads Create original content (occasionally)
• Step in to film or produce simple original content when we need it, in line with our brand look and voice.
• Bring fresh ideas for hooks, formats and storytelling that suit our audience of parents.

Stay ahead of trends
• Keep your finger on the pulse of what's trending — sounds, formats, edits and effects — and flag opportunities before they peak.
• Understand what makes people stop scrolling, and apply it without needing to be told.

Keep it organised
• Follow clear file-naming and folder conventions so everything is easy to find.
• Deliver on time and to brief, and give us a quick heads-up early if anything's likely to slip.
