Job description

The Science Team at Pride Health supporting the Material Science Industry that has an opening for Supply Chain Analyst in 100 % Remote.

Position Summary:
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for supporting the demand planning process by executing transactional activities related to product phase-ins and phase-outs. This role ensures accurate demand data entry into ERP systems, coordinates inventory build requirements, monitors request status, and supports the transition of products from phase-out to phase-in while maintaining alignment with supply chain and production planning teams.
 
Additional Details:
Contract Length: 12 Months with the possibility of extensions  
Pay range: $20 to $30 per hour on W2 (As per experience)


Required Qualifications
  • Execute transactional activities supporting the Phase-In Phase-Out (PIPO) demand planning process.
  • Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyze demand and inventory data.
  • Prepare and submit inventory build requests to internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with regional and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of inventory build activities.
  • Monitor and follow up on open requests to maintain project timelines.
  • Support demand forecasting during product transitions from phase-out to phase-in.
  • Ensure accurate demand data is entered and maintained within ERP systems.
  • Generate and deliver regular status reports, dashboards, and updates for leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Support data analysis and reporting using business intelligence tools.
  • Collaborate with Supply Planning, Production Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product transitions.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
 
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
OR
  • High School Diploma/GED with relevant supply chain planning experience.
 
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Planning, or Intercompany Operations.
  • Experience supporting product lifecycle transitions, including phase-in and phase-out activities.
  • Experience working in cross-functional supply chain environments.
  • Project coordination or project management experience is a plus.
 
Required Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office 365 proficiency.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or similar).
  • Experience using Power BI or other reporting/visualization tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global teams.
 
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
