About you:

You’re an experienced product leader who enjoys bringing teams, products and ideas together around a shared vision. You care about solving customer problems, creating commercial value and helping teams deliver meaningful outcomes.

You’re comfortable working across multiple products and stakeholder groups, using evidence and insight to shape strategy and make decisions. You know how to balance short-term priorities with long-term opportunities and can bring clarity in complex environments.

You’re excited by the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) and understand how emerging technologies can improve customer experiences, product development and business performance.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for the Engagement Suite, creating a connected strategy across loyalty, customer engagement, customer data and digital experiences.

  • Lead the convergence of multiple products onto a shared platform, improving the customer experience while reducing duplicated functionality.

  • Define and evolve our AI strategy, helping teams create AI-powered experiences that deliver measurable value for customers and the business.

  • Partner with product, engineering, commercial and customer-facing teams to prioritize opportunities, influence product direction and drive successful delivery.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • 10+ years in product management, with 4+ years in senior product leadership
  • Experience in loyalty, customer relationship management (CRM), marketing technology, payments or hospitality and retail software.

  • Experience using data, customer insights and commercial performance measures to inform product decisions and prioritization.

  • Experience working with AI-enabled products, modern product operating models and cross-functional teams across different markets.

Compensation: Base salary $230k-$250k + 20% bonus
