We're growing, and we want an experienced consultant to take ownership of a market that's already producing — not build one from a cold list.

The desk

This is a full 360 role in FMCG engineering and technical recruitment. You'll inherit live client relationships and an existing market presence, and you'll have the freedom to grow it however you see fit.

• Running your own 360 desk across FMCG engineering and technical
• Partnering with food production and manufacturing businesses UK-wide
• Sourcing and placing maintenance, automation, project and technical engineers
• Owning the process end to end — qualification through to placement and beyond
• Growing existing accounts and opening new ones
• Building a network that makes you the obvious person to call in this market

Who we're after

You've recruited before — ideally in engineering, manufacturing or FMCG, though strong technical recruiters from adjacent markets will pick this up fast.

Beyond that: you can win business as well as deliver it, you manage your own diary without being chased, and you're motivated by what you can earn rather than what you're told to hit.
