Business Development Recruitment Consultant (Part-Time) Flexible, Uncapped Earning Potential

Are you a driven, confident professional with a passion for building relationships and winning new business? If so, this unique part-time opportunity as a Business Development Recruitment Consultant could be perfect for you.

At Valoris Group, we specialise in recruitment for the renewable energy and building services sectors, and were offering an exciting role for someone who thrives on connecting with potential clients. Youll be responsible for generating new business by calling potential clients and securing recruitment opportunities.

Key Benefits:

Commission-Only to Start: Earn 50% of all placement fees on clients you bring on. This is an uncapped opportunity where your potential earnings are directly tied to your success.

Established Resource Team: You bring in the clients, and our experienced delivery consultants and resource team will handle filling the roles, making this a true partnership.

Immediate Start: Get started as soon as possible and begin building your pipeline right away.

Flexible Working: Work from home, with the flexibility to manage your own hours. Wed ideally like you in the office 2-3 days a week during training, but we can work around your needs.

After passing probation, youll transition to a £25,000 base salary plus commission, with continued flexibility in hours.

Our office is located in Gosport, and were looking for someone who can begin making an impact from day one.
