In September 2025, KBR announced that we are spinning our Mission Technology Solutions business into a separate public company. This role will ultimately be part of the new company. The Mission Technology Solutions business partners with governments and defense, intelligence, space, aviation, and critical infrastructure customers to deliver high-end engineering, science, technology, and mission support solutions.

  • Assist with testing, validation, and troubleshooting for Costpoint upgrades, enhancements, and system changes.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, procedures, and user support materials.
  • Support user requests submitted through tickets, email, and phone communications.
  • Help maintain Costpoint master data and ensure system information remains accurate and reliable.
  • Ensure processes and controls comply with SOX, audit, security, and company requirements.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives that enhance system performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing business and operational needs.

  • U.S. citizenship required.

Skills & Competencies

  • Working knowledge of Deltek Costpoint functionality, screens, and batch processing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and collaborate with business and technical teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a government contracting environment.
  • Experience supporting Costpoint upgrades, testing, or system enhancements.
  • Familiarity with SOX controls, audits, or compliance requirements.
