Help Build the Foundation for Exceptional Hiring
The Talent Acquisition Program Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the operational success of OCHIN's Talent Acquisition function. This position serves as a key partner to recruiters, hiring leaders, HR, HRIS, and external vendors by coordinating recruiting activities, maintaining hiring data and reporting, supporting process improvements, and helping ensure a seamless candidate experience.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative environment where they can balance multiple priorities and support a variety of Talent Acquisition initiatives. Through reporting and analytics, project coordination, vendor support, interview logistics, training coordination, and continuous improvement efforts, this role helps build the foundation that enables OCHIN to attract, engage, and hire top talent.

OCHIN is a 100% remote organization with no physical corporate office location. Employees work remotely from home and many of our positions also support our member organizations on-site for new software installations. Nationwide travel is determined based on OCHIN business needs. Please inquire during the interview process about travel requirements for this position.
