Job description

Why Blee:

Blee is an AI-first marketing content compliance platform. PayPal, NerdWallet, and Brex already trust us. We're YC-backed, founded by an ex-Adobe marketing ops leader and former lawyer, and we're defining a category that didn't exist two years ago—across Fintech, Financial Services, CPG, Travel, and Life Sciences..

With offices in San Francisco and New York, we value in-person work but offer remote-opportunities for the right people. No matter where you join us, you can expect quarterly off-sites and opportunities to join other offices when you feel it’s important. You’ll be joining a team that values clarity, ownership, and shared responsibility—and is focused on building something that genuinely improves how teams work.

Job Overview

We need someone to own the project management behind our event presence. You will be the person who makes sure everything is ready before the team walks in the door—vendors coordinated, logistics confirmed, the team briefed, and a clear plan in place for before and after every event.

This is a fully remote, part-time contract role with flexible hours built around the event calendar. Some weeks will be lighter than others. You will always know what is coming and what is expected.

The right person thinks in checklists and timelines without being asked. You are organized, proactive, and find real satisfaction in making complex logistics feel effortless. You follow through without being reminded and communicate clearly before things become problems—not after.

What you will own

  • Event logistics: swag ordering, booth coordination, shipping, and tracking to make sure the right things arrive in the right place at the right time

  • Pre-event project plans and team briefing documents so everyone walks in prepared

  • Post-event recaps and follow-up plans capturing what worked and what to improve

  • Vendor and supplier coordination across all events

  • Freeing up senior marketing time ahead of a major Series A launch so the Head of Marketing can focus on strategy, not shipping logistics

Who You Are

  • Experience in marketing, operations, event coordination, or project management—we care more about what you have done than how long you have been doing it

  • You are exceptionally organized. You build systems, you track details, and nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.

  • You communicate proactively. You flag issues before they become problems and keep stakeholders informed without being asked.

  • You are comfortable working independently in a remote, flexible environment where you will be trusted to manage your own time.

  • You are excited by the idea of doing meaningful work at a company building something genuinely new, even if it is a supporting role.

If you do not meet every qualification listed here, we encourage you to apply anyway. We care more about the instincts—organization, follow-through, and proactive communication—than a specific background.

How We Work:

We have offices in New York and San Francisco and value in-person collaboration, but we're open to remote for the right person. Wherever you're based, expect bi-annual off-sites and the chance to spend time in our other offices when it matters.

What You’ll Get:

  • Competitive salary and equity package

  • Bi-annual get-togethers

  • Fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Free access to OneMedical (US Only)

  • Company-paid life insurance (US Only)

  • Company-sponsored 401k + matching (US Only)

  • Flexible time off (with mandatory 15 days off)

  • Financial support for work-adjacent learning opportunities
