Shape the future of ING Hubs Türkiye

At ING, we believe in empowering people to stay a step ahead in life and business. As Chief Financial Officer (CFO I) of ING Hubs Türkiye, you will play a critical role in enabling the next phase of growth of one of ING’s strategic hubs.

As a member of the Management Team, you will be a trusted strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, helping shape business decisions through financial insight, independent challenge, and sound governance. You will lead Finance, Procurement, Accounting & Tax, and Financial Control, ensure strong financial stewardship while supporting sustainable growth, transformation, and operational excellence.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced finance leader who combines strategic vision with strong execution and is energised by operating in a dynamic, evolving, and scaling environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

Strategic Finance Leadership

  • Partner with the Management Team to support strategic decision-making and sustainable growth.
  • Provide financial insights, forecasting, scenario analysis, and performance recommendations.
  • Translate business performance into actionable opportunities and risk mitigation plans.
  • Ensure effective liquidity management and long-term financial sustainability.
  • Drive transparency through meaningful performance reporting and management dashboards.

Finance, Control & Reporting

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and business partnering activities.
  • Ensure accurate statutory, regulatory, and management reporting.
  • Maintain a strong internal control framework and financial governance environment.
  • Ensure alignment with ING policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Procurement Leadership

  • Oversee sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and procurement governance.
  • Drive value creation through cost optimisation and strategic supplier management.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and risk management requirements.
  • Provide oversight and approval for significant procurement decisions.

Accounting & Tax Oversight

  • Ensure accurate financial accounting and tax compliance.
  • Oversee the financial close process and integrity of financial results.
  • Manage relationships with external accounting and tax service providers.
  • Act as the primary finance counterpart for internal and external auditors.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Foster a strong culture of accountability, control, and risk awareness.
  • Maintain audit readiness and regulatory compliance across finance-related activities.
  • Identify, assess, and address control gaps and emerging risks.

Transformation & Digitalisation

  • Lead finance transformation initiatives and system implementations.
  • Drive automation, standardisation, and process optimisation across the finance function.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and digital capabilities.
  • Support governance and prioritisation of strategic change initiatives.

Stakeholder Leadership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to local and global stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships across ING, regulators, auditors, and external partners.

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Finance and Procurement organisation.
  • Build critical capabilities and future talent pipelines.
  • Foster collaboration across local and global teams.
  • Role model ING values and leadership behaviours, creating an inclusive and empowering environment.

About You

Experience

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles, preferably within Shared Services, banking, or financial services.
  • Proven track record of influencing executive decision-making and delivering business outcomes.
  • Experience leading finance transformation, operating model optimisation, and organisational change.
  • Strong background in financial planning, accounting, reporting, governance, and control.
  • Experience with procurement, supplier governance, and cost optimisation.
  • Exposure to outsourced operating models and external stakeholder management.
  • Experience working in complex matrix organisations and international environments.
  • Knowledge of the Turkish regulatory and tax landscape is an advantage.

Our hybrid working model is designed to balance collaboration, innovation, and personal flexibility. Team members typically come together in our Vadistanbul office for two days per week during three weeks of the month, while one week each month is fully remote.

As part of a globally distributed organization, you'll collaborate with colleagues across multiple ING locations while contributing to AI solutions that support international banking operations.
