Job description

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO of ING Hubs Türkiye. This is a high-impact role requiring exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and international environment.

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will act as a trusted partner, ensuring the effective management of daily operations, strategic priorities, communications, and stakeholder interactions. You will work closely with senior leaders across ING's international network and play a key role in supporting executive decision-making and business effectiveness.

Roles and Responsibilities

Executive Support & Prioritization

  • Manage the CEO’s complex and dynamic calendar, ensuring effective prioritization of meetings, strategic initiatives, events, and business commitments.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodation, transportation, visas, and related logistics.
  • Assess the urgency, sensitivity, and business impact of incoming requests and proactively manage priorities.
  • Ensure the CEO is fully prepared for meetings by coordinating agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up actions.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Serve as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage, prioritize, and coordinate incoming communications, correspondence, and requests with professionalism and discretion.
  • Draft and review executive presentations, reports, and other business communications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders across ING and key external partners.

Meeting & Event Coordination

  • Organize and coordinate executive meetings, leadership sessions, board visits, town halls, off-sites, strategic workshops, and executive events.
  • Prepare meeting materials, document key decisions, and track action items to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Coordinate executive visits, conferences, and leadership engagements.

Operational & Administrative Excellence

  • Ensure smooth administrative operations and compliance with internal policies and governance requirements.
  • Support administrative processes through systems such as Workday, iBuy, One Identity, My Workplace, and other internal platforms.
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
  • Drive continuous improvement of administrative processes and executive support practices.

Furthermore, You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, preferably a CEO, Country Head, Managing Director, or equivalent senior leader.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience managing complex schedules, international travel, executive-level meetings, and senior stakeholder interactions.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and maturity when handling confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills within multicultural and international environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
  • Experience in banking, financial services, consulting, or multinational organizations is considered a strong asset.
  • An extended screening (CSI) is part of the hiring process.
