Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

Who The Client Is: Our client is a growing Australian financial services firm specialising in Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs). The business provides integrated financial planning, taxation, and compliance services, delivering end-to-end support across SMSF administration, investment advice, and financial reporting. With ambitious growth plans and a strong focus on client service, the firm is expanding its team to support its continued success. 

Role Overview: Our client is seeking an Insurance Client Services Administrator to support advisers and clients throughout the insurance advice process. This role is responsible for managing insurance applications from submission through to implementation while delivering exceptional client service and ensuring all administrative and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage insurance applications from submission through to completion.
  • Liaise with clients, advisers, and insurance providers.
  • Follow up on underwriting requirements and outstanding documentation.
  • Prepare and process insurance implementation paperwork accurately and within required timeframes.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure client files are compliant and up to date.
  • Provide exceptional client service and timely communication throughout the insurance process.
  • Assist advisers with meeting preparation, file notes, and ongoing client servicing activities.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in life insurance administration or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of insurance administration processes and underwriting.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Xplan experience preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

Highly Regarded

  • Experience within an Australian financial planning, insurance advisory, or SMSF practice.
  • Familiarity with Australian life insurance products and providers.
  • Experience supporting financial advisers and client relationships.
