  • Develop and maintain project-level supply plans, ensuring materials and resources are procured and delivered on time to support project schedules and budget targets;
  • Track supply chain performance metrics and implement corrective actions to address gaps in delivery, quality, or cost; and
  • Support the development and execution of supply chain strategies aligned with operational and project objectives.

Vendor & Contract Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and pricing to ensure cost efficiency, product relevance, and reliable service delivery;
  • Monitor vendor performance against established expectations and drive accountability through regular performance reviews; and
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to consolidate spend, leverage preferred vendor agreements, and ensure compliance with company purchasing standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with project managers, field leadership, finance, and operations teams to align supply chain activities with project timelines and business objectives;
  • Define project scope and resource requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams, tracking progress and communicating status to stakeholders; and
  • Serve as a key point of contact for supply chain-related issues, coordinating resolution across internal teams and external partners.

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Identify opportunities to streamline supply chain processes, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency;
  • Develop and maintain reporting on procurement activity, vendor spend, inventory levels, and supply chain performance;
  • Apply data analytics and emerging market trends to inform sourcing strategies and supply chain decisions; and
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, and mentor supply chain and operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance;
  • Bridge the gap between operational teams and supply chain functions, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities; and
  • Manage team workload, resource allocation, and performance in support of departmental goals.
What You'll Bring:

  • 5 or more years of progressive experience in operations management, supply chain, project coordination, or a related field;
  • Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts;
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to stakeholders at multiple levels; and
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM, ERP, or procurement platforms.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics operations within a construction, utility, energy, or infrastructure environment preferred;
