Job Responsibility
- Coordinates and prepares the payroll of employees, works with different areas in a consistent manner for this process, and is responsible for complying with the payroll on time and correctly.
- Responsible for the resolution of problems, support and guidance to internal and external customers on issues related to payroll; works with different areas (Human Resources, HR Shared Services, Accounting, Treasury, Systems, Odessa) for problems resolution.
- Performs various accounting records related to payroll and employee benefits that require knowledge of the Business Unit, Company policy or accounting theory
- Coordinates and prepares separation payments for employees, adherence with Company policy and Labor laws
- Prepares various monthly, quarterly, or annual reports or exhibits.
