Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded 360 Recruiter / Recruitment Resourcer to support the full recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening through to application management, interview coordination, recruitment administration, and client support.

The successful candidate will be confident managing multiple vacancies, engaging with candidates, and maintaining an organised recruitment process while working independently in a remote environment.

The role will primarily focus on UK field-based sales recruitment across sectors including:

  • Food service
  • Finance
  • Property
  • Field-based sales

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Source suitable candidates primarily through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
  • Screen and qualify candidates against specific job requirements.
  • Conduct initial candidate conversations and assess experience, suitability, availability, and expectations.
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare and send job descriptions, interview information, and recruitment correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  • Manage approximately three to five vacancies simultaneously.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future opportunities.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and provide regular progress updates.
  • Support clients throughout the recruitment process where required.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the relevant market for each vacancy.
  • Manage recruitment administration accurately and efficiently.
  • Work towards recruitment targets, deadlines, and agreed service levels.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous recruitment or candidate resourcing experience.
  • Good understanding of the UK recruitment market.
  • Strong LinkedIn sourcing and candidate search skills.
  • Confidence conducting screening and qualification calls.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable working towards targets and deadlines.

Desirable Experience

  • Sales or commercial recruitment experience.
  • Previous 360 recruitment experience.
  • Client relationship management experience.
  • Familiarity with recruitment CRM or applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience recruiting for field-based sales positions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Intelligent, articulate, and commercially aware.
  • Experienced in recruitment or resourcing, ideally with approximately two to three years of experience.
  • Confident and engaging when communicating with candidates and clients.
  • Proactive, organised, resilient, and self-motivated.
  • Professional and relationship-focused.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Able to take ownership of vacancies and recruitment processes.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday.
  • Approximately 40 hours per week.
  • Working hours aligned with the UK, generally between 08:30 and 16:30 or 17:00.
  • Some flexibility for earlier start times may be available.
