Role Overview

The Revenue Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Growth and Revenue Operations function by delivering accurate reporting, actionable insights, and operational support across sales performance, planning, and compensation activities. Reporting to the Global Revenue Operations Manager, this role is responsible for monitoring and communicating performance against key business KPIs, developing data-driven reporting solutions, supporting sales compensation administration, and assisting with annual planning and forecasting initiatives.

This position is ideal for a highly analytical professional who enjoys working with data, identifying trends, solving business problems, and partnering with senior stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.

How you will make a difference: 

Sales Performance Reporting & Analysis

  • Produce and maintain weekly sales performance reports, providing visibility into results against key revenue and growth KPIs.
  • Monitor performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and communicate insights to Revenue Operations and senior leadership teams.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy, data integrity, and consistency across all performance dashboards and reports.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting activities.

Reporting & Business Intelligence

  • Utilise Excel and Salesforce to analyse complex datasets and respond to business requests from senior leaders and functional stakeholders.
  • Design, develop, and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports to support sales effectiveness and business performance measurement.
  • Create meaningful visualisations, dashboards, and reporting tools that simplify complex data and enable informed decision-making.
  • Proactively identify reporting gaps and recommend improvements to reporting processes and methodologies.

Revenue Operations Support

  • Assist in the development, administration, and ongoing management of sales compensation plans and commission structures.
  • Support compensation calculations, validation processes, and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales Leadership, and People teams to ensure compensation plans are accurately managed and communicated.

Planning & Forecasting

  • Support annual and quarterly growth planning processes through data analysis, modelling, and forecasting activities.
  • Assist with territory planning, headcount modelling, quota setting, and revenue planning initiatives.
  • Provide analytical support for strategic business decisions and operational improvement projects.

Data Quality & Process Improvement

  • Help maintain data accuracy within Salesforce and other business systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation, standardisation, and enhanced reporting processes.
  • Document reporting methodologies, processes, and operational procedures to support scalability and consistency.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Work closely with Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, Finance, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and business priorities.
  • Present analysis and findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
  • Respond effectively to ad hoc reporting and analytical requests as required.

What will make you stand out:  

  • 2–5 years of experience in Data Analysis, Finance, Reporting, or a related analytical role.
  • Willing to work for a 6-month fixed term contract.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and Vlookup/Xlookup, sumif, countif
  • Basic experience using Salesforce for report generation, dashboards, reports upload etc.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing business data and producing meaningful reports and insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
