  • Good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Smartsheet

  • Resolve and support client HR queries and deliver a range of HR services, ensuring compliance with regional and local regulations
  • Maintain SLAs and CSAT levels; ensure timely and accurate delivery of HR services to clients
  • Follow SOPs accurately and manage administrative tasks such as data entry, employee file management, and processing HR-related documents
  • Monitor and maintain timely KPI and business reporting to provide analytical insights to stakeholders and drive action; foster collaboration across teams and adhere to company values

The role in a nutshell

The HR Shared Services Associate is responsible for resolving and supporting client HR queries and delivering a range of HR services. In this role, you will ensure compliance with regional and local regulations while providing a positive experience for our clients and employees.

How you will make a difference:

  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and functions, including creating employment contract, employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll management, benefits administration, and maintenance of employee records
  • Skilled in managing administrative tasks such as data entry, employee file management, and processing HR-related documents
  • Should be able to maintain SLAs and CSAT levels
  • Should be able to follow SOPs accurately
  • Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) or similar software, such as Workday, SAP, or other HR management tools
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of HR services to the clients
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
  • Monitor and maintain timely and effective KPI and business reporting that provides an analytical view to stakeholders and drives action
