Responsibilities:

Strategy and Vision (Consulted): Provides subject matter expertise and contributes input to shape the strategic direction and vision of the assigned IT service(s), ensuring practical alignment with business and technical requirements.
Design and Architecture (Consulted): Provides technical insights and feedback during the design and architectural planning stages to ensure feasibility and effectiveness of the service implementation.
Governance (Consulted): Provides input and technical perspective to support the governance processes, ensuring the services remain compliant with relevant policies, guidelines, and standards.
Implementation and Transition (Responsible): Executes and manages the implementation of new or changed IT services, ensuring smooth transition into operations, coordination with stakeholders, and adherence to defined standards and timelines.
Operation (Responsible): Manages daily operational activities, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient running of the assigned IT service(s), proactively resolving issues and optimizing operational processes.
Continuous Improvement (Responsible): Identifies, recommends, and implements improvements to enhance service quality, reliability, and efficiency. Actively drives continuous improvement initiatives within the assigned services.
Knowledge Management and Documentation (Responsible): Ensures comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date documentation of service processes, configurations, and relevant knowledge articles. Facilitates knowledge sharing across stakeholders.
People Management and Resource Planning (Informed): Remains informed about resource planning and staffing decisions to ensure alignment with operational responsibilities and service requirements.
Cost & Financial Management (Supportive): Supports the financial management of the service(s), providing information and analysis related to cost control and budget adherence, as required by responsible stakeholders.
Information and Escalation (Supportive): Supports escalation management by providing technical expertise and assistance for service-related issues, helping ensure timely resolution and clear communication.
Demand Management (Informed): Keeps informed of upcoming business demands and requirements to effectively align operational capacity and readiness with evolving business needs.
Security Management (Supportive): Actively supports adherence to security standards and policies within service operations, ensuring compliance with organizational security guidelines.
Project Management (Responsible): Executes tasks and responsibilities within service-related projects, ensuring effective project delivery, alignment with project goals, and adherence to defined standards, methodologies, and timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience, combined with several years of relevant work experience.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
