What does your job as Sales Business Partner Non-Life SE/SME Wallonia look like?

As a Sales Business Partner Non-Life SE/SME for Wallonia, you will help NN develop and launch a new offering for self-employed professionals, liberal professions, and small businesses through the broker network. NN already has an existing Retail offering for brokers but aims to expand it with a dedicated SE/SME professional insurance offering. You will play a key role in this initiative by bringing the new offering to market, building trusted relationships with insurance brokers, and motivating them to actively promote these new solutions.

We share a common ambition: to successfully position the future Non-Life SE/SME offering with insurance brokers and further develop this distribution channel.


Your main responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the launch of the new Non-Life SE/SME offering through insurance brokers and assisting them with its commercial introduction
  • Activating the existing Retail broker network and convincing brokers of the growth opportunities within the self-employed, liberal professions, and small business segment
  • Building relationships with both existing and new brokers, with a strong focus on trust, proximity, and commercial support
  • Informing, motivating, and training brokers on new products, target groups, and business opportunities within the SE/SME segment
  • Gathering market trends and feeding them back to internal teams to further refine the offering, commercial approach, and support services

  • You have commercial experience in the insurance sector, specifically in Non-Life insurance, broker distribution, or a B2B environment
  • You understand how brokers operate and know how to activate, support, and convince a distribution network
  • You are interested in the needs of self-employed professionals and small businesses, and you are motivated to help develop a new offering for this target segment
  • You have an excellent command of French, a good knowledge of English, and are able to understand Dutch both spoken and written
  • You are entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and motivated by the opportunity to develop something new in the market
  • You work independently and collaborate effectively with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
  • You are flexible regarding travel and work organization and feel comfortable in a role that involves frequent external contacts
