Position Overview
This position will primarily fulfill the role of a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our WS_FTP, KiteWorks and Box.com environments. As a File Transfer Administrator the selected candidate will step into a critical role to ensure a secure and efficient transfer of data between internal and external environments for our customers. The primary responsibility will be the management of the file transfer processes, account request administration, monitoring performance and troubleshooting issues that arise while working closely with our customers and other team members as necessary.
Major Activities (Typical Duties/Responsibilities)
The selected candidate will be responsible for the management of our current internal and external WS_FTP server resources, operations, support, and maintenance activities as assigned for continual operations in support of the File Transport Protocol infrastructure. We have recently implemented a new KiteWorks environment that will replace the WS_FTP File Transfer and BOX.com environments. This process is currently active and will take up to 8-12 months to ensure a smooth transition to completion. The candidate will work with our customers to ensure account management policies are in place and followed. You will be part of a team that operates day-to-day activities in support of break-fix, data calls, audits and general support tickets as assigned.

Pay Range: $82,912.00 - $146,200.00/ yearly

Compensation: Pay Range: $82,912.00 - $146,200.00/ yearly
