The Senior GTM Systems Manager is responsible for identifying, designing, implementing, and optimizing the systems, processes, and automation that power Zip's Go-To-Market organization. This role serves as the bridge between business strategy and technology execution, proactively identifying operational bottlenecks, scaling challenges, and process inefficiencies across Sales, Partnerships, Account Management, and Revenue Operations.

You will own initiatives from problem identification through stakeholder alignment, solution design, build, implementation, adoption, and measurement of business impact. Success in this role is measured not by tickets completed, but by productivity gains, process scalability, operational efficiency, and revenue impact.

Systems Strategy & Architecture

  • Own the GTM systems roadmap and personally design, configure, and implement scalable solutions that support future-state architecture.
  • Evaluate new technologies, integrations, and tooling that improve productivity and scalability.
  • Ensure systems support business objectives and evolving GTM motions.
  • Maintain alignment between Salesforce, enrichment tools, enablement platforms, reporting systems, and partner ecosystems.
  • Workflow Automation and Process Orchestration

Solution Design & Delivery

  • Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions and personally configure, implement, and optimize those solutions across the GTM technology stack.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation through implementation and adoption.
  • Establish design standards, governance, and implement automation that reduces manual work and improves speed, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across stakeholders.

Data & Reporting

  • Establish scalable reporting frameworks that support executive decision-making.
  • Identify gaps in data quality, process compliance, and operational visibility.
  • Develop actionable dashboards and performance reporting.
  • Ensure GTM teams have accurate and trusted operational data.

Stakeholder Leadership

  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Partnerships, Account Management, Finance, Product, and RevOps leaders to transform strategy into scalable systems and process design
  • Facilitate alignment across competing priorities and stakeholders.
  • Influence decisions through business impact analysis and recommendations.
  • Act as the senior advisor on systems and operational strategy.

Hands-On System Ownership

  • Configure and optimize Salesforce and GTM technologies
  • Build automations, workflows, and integrations
  • Implement process improvements across the revenue lifecycle
  • Troubleshoot system, process, and data issues
  • Drive initiatives from concept through hands-on execution and adoption
  • Measure and communicate business impact

  • Reduce operational friction across the customer lifecycle.
  • Improve reporting accuracy and executive visibility.
  • Accelerate implementation of scalable GTM initiatives: Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, PLG motion

  • Increase adoption and effectiveness of GTM technology investments.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks before they impact business performance.

 

What you’ll bring to the team 

  • 8+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or related roles.
  • Experience owning and optimizing GTM systems and business processes in a high-growth technology company.
  • Experience defining architecture, governance and operating design across the commercial tech stack
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives from problem identification through implementation and adoption.
  • Experience partnering directly with and influencing  Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, Marketing, and Executive Leadership teams.
  • Ability to understand how people, processes, data, and technology interact across the entire revenue lifecycle.
  • Ability to understand commercial objectives and recommend operational improvements tied to measurable business outcomes.
  • Ability to influence without authority and align stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience identifying and implementing AI-powered workflows that improve prospecting, qualification, account research, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (or equivalent hands-on expertise).

Zip is committed to a straightforward and transparent pay structure. The actual base salary will be determined by various individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, location, internal equity, as well as other objective business considerations. The annual base Pay Range for this position is $134,000 - $170,000 USD. This range reflects our US national compensation band (USN). Additional premium percentages may apply based on our tiered premium strategy.

 

Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or commission awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
