Sales Development Representative (SDR) Snapshot: $80K–$100K base · $120K–$150K OTE + equity · San Francisco or Remote (US) · No visa sponsorship · 1–2 yrs outbound / SDR-BDR · Clear path to AE THE OPPORTUNITY Our client is a fast-scaling, seed-stage fintech (~11 people, founded 2023) building a full-stack suite of finance products for middle-market businesses — including a top-earning business bank account — and growing 180–300% quarter-over-quarter. You'll qualify leads and set up discovery calls for the AE team, with world-class sales training and a clear path to AE. WHAT YOU'LL DO Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls for AEs. Run outbound prospecting into middle-market businesses (construction, services, $30M+ assets). Research prospects and build lead lists, maintaining pipeline accuracy. Handle objections and extract qualifying info from C-level executives. Collaborate on strategic outreach campaigns and regional events. Become an expert in the CRM and keep records accurate. Actively seek feedback and pursue sales mastery. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE First 90 days: complete sales training, master the outbound motion, and consistently book qualified meetings. First year: hit meeting/pipeline targets and progress toward an AE seat. MUST-HAVES 1–2 years of outbound B2B sales or SDR/BDR experience; strong prospecting and objection-handling; comfort engaging C-level executives. NICE-TO-HAVES Fintech or financial-services experience; familiarity with modern outbound tooling (e.g. Apollo, Clay, Salesforce, Gong). COMPENSATION & BENEFITS $80K–$100K base (USD), $120K–$150K OTE, competitive equity, 100% medical/dental/vision premiums, 401(k) match up to 6%, tech/remote stipend up to $5K, and a coworking membership.
