Enterprise Account Executive Snapshot: $150K–$180K base · $300K–$360K OTE + equity · San Francisco (on-site or remote) · No visa sponsorship · 6+ yrs sales / 2+ yrs enterprise closing THE OPPORTUNITY Our client is a seed-stage AI company (~10 people, founded 2025) solving document extraction for data infrastructure — combining intelligent schema mapping with fine-tuned extraction models, layout understanding, OCR, table recognition, and vision-language models. This is a full-funnel enterprise seat supporting fast growth in document intelligence. WHAT YOU'LL DO Source and qualify opportunities in enterprise and upper-mid-market accounts. Run discovery calls, map stakeholders, and define problem statements. Orchestrate pilots with clear success metrics and timelines. Navigate InfoSec, legal, and procurement to close. Maintain accurate CRM and forecasts. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE First 90 days: ramp on a technical product, build pipeline, and advance early enterprise deals. First year: consistently close enterprise/upper-mid-market accounts and help shape the sales process. MUST-HAVES 2+ years closing experience in technical B2B software; structured deal process and excellent written communication; genuine interest in data infrastructure and machine learning. NICE-TO-HAVES Prior startup experience; developer-tools, data-infrastructure, or AI/ML sales background. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS $150K–$180K base (USD), $300K–$360K OTE, competitive equity.
