6+ months of proven experience in a data entry role or similar admin position. High typing proficiency and exceptional accuracy in data input tasks. Solid familiarity with databases, spreadsheets, advanced data entry software, and online research tools. Exceptional attention to detail with a keen ability to quickly spot errors or inconsistencies in data. Strong organizational and effective time-management skills with the proven capacity to work independently and efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear collaboration.

Core responsibilities:

Efficiently enter and update data accurately into various databases, spreadsheets, or other systems. Access provided datasets and reliably use a designated portal to accurately locate specific information. Integrate retrieved data seamlessly into existing records while ensuring absolute accuracy and consistency. Review and meticulously verify entered data for potential errors, ensuring overall data integrity and strict compliance. Organize, categorize, and meticulously maintain data according to predefined established criteria.
