Job description

Length of Assignment: 5 months assignment

Pay range: $31.03 - $32.41/hr on w2 (all inclusive)

Job description:
Act as a recruitment focal point for assigned business units in the execution of talent acquisition strategies that meet business unit and Affirmative Action goals. Provide consultation and tactical delivery of recruitment services for external candidates on nonexempt and exempt level positions up to Executive level.

Qualification:
  • Ideally looking for someone with experience recruiting in the early career space with a focus on accounting, actuary or other business focus (not IT).
  • This isn't a senior role, but we would like someone with at least a year or two of previous experience.
  • Must possess the skills needed to drive an aggressive corporate recruitment and placement strategy while acquiring key talent for the organization.
  • Must possess experience in general employment branding, sourcing, selection, interviewing, hiring and onboarding of talent.
  • Must have excellent organizational, problem-solving, and oral and written communication skills, along with strong decision-making and project management skills.
  • Developed analytical and presentation skills required. Must be results oriented.
  • Business unit product knowledge strongly desired.
  • Must have the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
