Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week at our office in either London OR Bristol
Salary: £30,000 pa
Contract type: Full time, Permanent
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week across Monday – Saturday8:00am – 8:00pm (3 Week Rotation)

What You’ll Be Doing:
· Creating compelling jobadverts and promoting opportunities across recruitment platforms
· Acting as the firstpoint of contact for healthcare and nursing applicants
· Contribution toworkforce planning and supply-demand forecasting
· Clear connection toreducing time-to-fill and improving shift fulfilment rates
· Delivering an engaging,inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience across phone, video, email,and text
· Managing a strongpipeline of applicants—interviewing, guiding, and supporting them throughonboarding
· Ensuring fullcompliance with all legal and regulatory requirements (Right to Work, DBS/PVG,referencing)
· Hitting and exceedingkey performance targets including time-to-hire and conversion rates
· Collaborating withteams across the business to ensure candidates are ready and confident fortheir first shift
· Acting as a brandambassador, sharing insights and raising recruitment standards

· Experience inrecruitment or a sales-driven environment
· Confidence in writingand posting job adverts
· Excellent communicationand relationship-building skills
· Create a warm,welcoming, and engaging experience
· Can naturally engageand build relationships
· Self-motivation andstrong organisational skills
· Ability to thrive in afast-paced, remote working environment
