Job Role: Senior Recruitment Consultant (Luxury Retail & Fashion)
Compensation range: $4,500 AUD – $5,500 AUD / Monthly + performance-based bonus
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with AU business hours (approx. 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you'll have flexibility in how you manage your time. This role also includes occasional international travel to Australia, Singapore and Dubai.

With an active presence across Australia, Singapore and Dubai, they work with some of the most respected names in their sector, placing talent from store floor to senior leadership across markets that demand the highest standards of professionalism and service. They are a lean, high-performing team with a genuine commitment to quality over volume, and they are now looking to grow with the right long-term hire. This is a relationship-driven business built on deep industry knowledge, discretion and exceptional candidate and client experience.
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and commercially sharp Senior Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment assignments across luxury retail, premium fashion, beauty, lifestyle and consumer markets. This is a senior, client-facing role — not a sourcing or administrative position. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client briefing through to placement, build strong international talent pools, and represent the business with confidence across Australia, Singapore and Dubai. The role is Philippines-based and fully remote, with genuine international travel included as part of the package.
