Your Role: As a Recruitment Associate at Ocean Talent, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and connecting with exceptional candidates and clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Candidate Sourcing: Identifying and engaging with top-tier talent through various channels.
• Client Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients.
• Market Research: Staying up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
• Matchmaking: Pairing candidates with roles that align with their skills and aspirations.
• Collaboration: Working closely with our team to deliver exceptional results.

What We're Looking For:
