What You'll Be Doing

Depending on business needs, you'll:

  • Source, screen and interview quality candidates
  • Manage recruitment assignments from brief through to placement
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and candidates
  • Attend client meetings and conduct face-to-face interviews when required
  • Write engaging job advertisements and manage applicant pipelines
  • Conduct reference checks and prepare candidate recommendations
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Deliver an exceptional recruitment experience with professionalism and integrity

You're someone who enjoys recruitment, thrives on building relationships, and is confident managing your own workload.

You'll bring:

  • Previous agency recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach
  • Confidence in business development and client management
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A current driver's licence and reliable transport for occasional client meetings
  • A reliable internet connection and phone access if working remotely
