ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR

JOB SUMMARY

The Account Supervisor provides oversight and coordination for assigned client accounts, serving as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams. This role applies professional judgment within established agency frameworks to manage client priorities, budgets, and workflows, ensuring contractual alignment and consistent, high-quality delivery with discretion in prioritization, escalation, and account-level decision-making. The Account Supervisor supports planning, reporting, and account growth initiatives, partners with Account Directors for guidance and escalation, and provides direction and mentoring to account team members as needed to support client and agency objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring clear communication and coordination between clients and internal teams

    Apply established agency processes and account frameworks to manage priorities, workflows, and deliverables across accounts

    Own day to day budget oversight, forecasts, and revenue pacing, escalating variances or risks in alignment with agency guidelines

    Support contractual compliance by tracking requirements, identifying potential scope considerations, and partnering with Account Directors to address issues

    Contribute to RFP responses, renewals, and account growth efforts by providing inputs, documentation, and account insights

    Assist in the preparation of proformas, forecasts, and planning materials used for client and internal decision-making

    Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing informed recommendations and updates within defined parameters

    Apply industry knowledge, performance data, and reporting insights to support client recommendations and account planning

    Provide supervisory guidance and performance feedback, coordination, and mentoring to Account Managers and Coordinators as needed based on account scope

    Partner with Account Directors to align on priorities, escalation needs, and overall account approach

REQUIREMENTS

    3–6+ years of account management experience within an agency environment

    Strong financial and analytical capabilities

    Proven ability to build strong client relationships

    Understanding of integrated marketing and B2C/B2B principles

    Strong communication and leadership skills

    Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events



LOCATION: Open to remote candidates across the United States. Proximity to either of our US headquarters in Sarasota or Denver is a plus.. 

 

COMPENSATION:  $70,000 - $78,000 DOE
