Job description

Looking for Filipino (Philippines-based) candidates

Job Role: Digital Marketing Specialist (Meta, Google, SEO) 

Compensation range: $2,000 AUD/month

Engagement type: Independent Contractor

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the Perth, AU business hours (approx. 9.00 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time

Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies directly hire top 5% remote talent in the Philippines. You will be hired directly by the client, typically as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote, so you'll be able to work from home.

Ninja Digital is a Perth-based boutique agency. We have experience across many industries including professional services, education, health, sporting clubs, eCommerce and service businesses. As we grow, we are intentionally specialising in the home improvement and residential services sector with a long-term vision of becoming Perth’s leading marketing agency for trades and home improvement businesses.

The founder is actively involved in the Perth business community, helps run networking events, presents digital marketing workshops, and received Chamber of Commerce recognition for an Introduction to Social Media workshop series. He believes in mentoring, continuous learning, and giving talented people autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Google Ads – Take full ownership of our clients Google Ads strategy, optimisation and performance to maximise leads and ROI.
  • Own Meta Ads – Manage and optimise all client Meta advertising campaigns to drive high-quality leads and improve campaign performance.
  • Own SEO – Lead client SEO strategy and implementation to improve search rankings, organic traffic and lead generation.
  • Develop a strategy and present recommendations
  • Conduct website audits, market research and keyword research and make recommendations based on the findings
  • Implement GA4, GTM, Search Console, Meta Pixel as needed
  • Ability to work with WordPress & Elementor landing pages
  • Zapier & CRM integrations
  • Work aligns side designers, developers, and VAs to assist you in your role. Eg, creation of ad creatives. 
  • Prepare all monthly reports with recommendations

Decision Making

  • Autonomy to optimise campaigns and coordinate delivery
  • Director approval required for budget increases, pricing, and major strategic changes
